Wachovia Securities Products:  Virtually all of the PWachovia Securities products and services are available to our licensed professionals. This includes access to Wachovia's highly regarded fixed income inventory, new issues and mutual funds.

FCC (First Clearing LLC.):  all accounts are protected up to $100,000,000 ($500,000 provided by SIPC, including up to $100,000 in cash. Aetna Casualty & Insurance Company provide the remainder).

No-Load Mutual Funds: As a Registered Investment Advisory firm we have access to hundreds of true no-load mutual funds including Charles Schwab, Jack White and others who service Investment Advisors.

Cash Management (FCC LLC): offers a choice of six (6) money funds, a fully automated sweep, optional MasterCard, extensive check writing features, electronic transfer and bill payment services, direct deposits, cash advances and ATM withdrawals.


Managed Account Services: We offer portfolio management using outside professional money managers, Mutual funds and our in-house professionals. Accounts are charged on an "annual fee plus transaction cost" or a "wrap fee" basis, whichever method is best suited for each particular client. These managed accounts may be discretionary or non-discretionary. Our fee structure is highly competitive. We use some of the most highly regarded managers in the industry.

Investment decisions require the most current information available. We monitor many research and news services. In addition to having direct contact with Wachovia's research, we subscribe to many nationally recognized independent research firms. This allows our seasoned professionals to assist you with timely investment news when making a prudent investment decision.

OUR UNIQUE FEE PROGRAM

There has always been a potential for conflict of interest in commissions. While there are many ethical advisors/stockbrokers who are commission based - the potential for conflict still exists. Never mind that in a quality long-term, low turnover portfolio, commissions may be cheaper than fees. However, the fee business is one way that the client can rest assured that their advisor is always on the same side of the table since this method allows the advisor to be fairly compensated for his/her advice, even when doing nothing (when nothing is really the right thing to do)

It used to be that there was only one way advisors were compensated: by generating commission. Advisors were not paid to encourage investments - instead they were rewarded for getting people to buy and sell investments (regardless of whether it was in the client`s best interest). Major Wall Street firms still reward their brokers with titles and recognition clubs by how much commission they generate rather than how much money the client makes.

When a client wants to employ a manager of money, a "wrap fee" system is also available. A wrap fee is one that encompasses the total costs involved.
